This review is long overdue but better late than never. I just wanted to say thank you Lily (customer service supervisor) for going above and beyond providing me with an item I needed for my kids Halloween costume. She went out of her way to look for the items in the back room and was able to find the specific item I was looking for (after going to so many stores). In the end it completed my child’s Halloween costume just in time for Halloween. Thank you so much Lily, you made my day.

It's a great idea to combine the two most popular stores in the business....Homesense and the Winner's...the best combination for all . It looks so nice, and customers can see everything under the one roof . They display everything in a great way. They have a great staff helping out with the customer. Got 3 items for clearance- red stickers and the store associate said the sticker was put on by mistake, the price is not correct. That is misleading advertising as there were 3 different items that she kept all the items. Another date, a return on the same location, the lady at the jewellery said the tag was not showing correct item product #. I said that is not my problem, that is the original tag Winners employees put on the item. I wasn't able to return the product at this location. Weird! only at this location.

This is my fav place to go every time but I'm giving 3 starts because I had 3 experienced were after 2 hours of filling up my cart and left it aside seconds because you're busy looking for something then the stupid sales ladies took it and put it back.. What a joke!!!!! This happened 3 times!! If your staff has nothing to do why hire them..Or at least think first before putting it back to the shelves...I just love to caught it on act and I make you disappear!!!

Beautiful winners location. Employees are incredibly kind and helpful. Good selection and great prices. I’d advise checking out clearance deals especially because there are some incredible savings often more than 50% off.... Love this store!
